Brutalizing Angel Lingeriena is a character in BLACKSOULS 2 that appears at certain parts of the DLC3 part of the game. Even though she’s an angel, she’s a demon of violence just like Victoria, and she is also her younger sister.

Lingeriena is one of the characters in the game that only appears throughout the Crimean Nursing Graveyard.
Meeting Lingeriena
You can see Lingeriena for the first time on one of the upper floors of the Crimean Nursing Graveyard. She will be dancing on a pillar, and next to the pillar, there will be a corpse.
If you call her out she will offer you to be saved by her – but if you choose that option she will kick you with full force and you will fly into a wall and die. She will give you some kind of a blessing if you reject her offer, and then she will fly away.
Lingeriena’s Piano Skills
If you go to the third floor through the elevator, you’ll be able to see Lingeriena in one of the rooms on that floor. In that room there’s a lot of blood, and a lot of bathtubs everywhere, all while Lingeriena is playing piano on top of the bloody waterfall.
Her singing isn’t the best, but once she finishes patients will come falling out of the sky and more people will be “saved”.
If you decide to talk to her some more, she will not recognize you but she will start talking about her curing method which just includes inflicting pain and killing other people. She will proclaim how you must also want to go to Heaven but she will say that she’s busy and that’s the reason why you’re still alive.
She will say all that while singing too. So to make up for her wrongdoings she will give you the Fake Angel’s Wreath – which is an item you can equip that will give you HP+30% and SPD+50%.
She will say there’s a fake angel somewhere in this Garden and that you should call her if you see it.
If you try to kill Lingeriena she will laugh at you because you can’t reach her, the same thing happens if you try to send her to the dungeon.
After Defeating Florence
When you defeat Florence, in the room below hers, where Nurse Call is located, you can see Lingeriena walking around the room.
Lingeriena will talk about how every time she walks as an angel, people who outlived her beg in tears to be saved by her. She likes the “lovely feeling” of saving others. If you save Florence then Lingeriena will say how the “fake angel vanished”, continuing with how she was just a human so she couldn’t have brought anyone proper salvation. Lingeriena thinks there is no way Florence could have become the lord of this garden.
After talking to her you can either kill her or try to send her to the dungeon, both options will initiate a fight. When you defeat her in a fight, she will start begging for mercy, but Grimm doesn’t really care about what she has to say because he only loves Alice.
Then you will get the option to either kill her or make her service you. After the NSFW scene ends Grimm will be reluctant while deciding whether he should kill her or not, because she did a lot of bad things that didn’t save anyone.
During the continuation of the intercourse, after everything ends Grimm will try to choke Lingeriena to death, but then a spear will pierce his brain.
Lingeriena’s sister Courtisane came to save her. Her sister will be kinda disappointed, and Lingeriena will start crying, but her sister won’t scold her too much for what happened right now.
Then Courtisane notices Grimm is still alive, but Lingeriena tells her that he’s actually dead. And then both of them will go away.
Lingeriena Kills Florence
If Lingeriena is left alone and you defeated Florence but still haven’t killed, or saved her yet, then Lingeriena will kill her for you. Under certain conditions, you can see Lingeriena next to Florence’s bed which is full of blood, and she will talk about Florence and wonder how “that thing” was an angel in the first place.
Lingeriena will call Florence hairy and wingless, she will mention how she even doesn’t have a halo. The fake angel Lingeriena frequently mentions is Florence – she decided to save her because she looked like she was about to die.
Fighting the Brutalizing Angel Lingeriena
When you can finally find Lingeriena on the ground, you can choose to fight her. She’s a difficult enemy to defeat. Lingeriena will constantly repeat how you need to be saved, and she’s very hesitant to let you go.
Lingeriena has a second phase, where she turns into a Violence Demon Lingeriena, and that’s when she becomes even tougher and scarier.
Killing her will give you a Tainted Black Soul, and a few Black Souls.
If you are in a covenant with Victoria, Lingeriena will say “Aren’t you of my dear elder sister’s household?”, saying how she would’ve saved you right away if you told her that and that now Victoria owes her one.
Personality
Lingeriena’s personality is very twisted, she believes she’s an angel that saves people but all she does is pretend to be an angel while committing mass murders throughout the Crimean Nursing Graveyard.
Lingeriena even tries to dress as an angel, but still, that doesn’t change how morbid her killings are. She’s a passionate lover at least.
Design
Lingeriena’s design is particularly interesting because she seems like a regular angel when you first see her, but that’s actually just a cover that hides her true nature – she’s a violence demon.
Her halo is obviously fake, her wings have feathers attached to them but if you look closely you can see the feathers are just attached to some kind of demonic wings. She also has a devilish imp tail.
Lingeriena’s hair is very pretty though, it’s colorful and short. Her face is always cheery and bright – and physically she looks attractive.
