Wolris, Predator of the Deep Sea is a character in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find in the Walrus’ Dwelling, located in a certain part of the Temple of Depths area. She’s a humanoid walrus, and she’s always very hungry.
Wolris is most likely based on Walrus from Lewis Carroll’s book “Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There”.

Appearances | BS2
Wolris appears for the first time in Walrus’ Dwelling, which is her temple of some sort. She’s spaced out so she won’t really react to you being in there. She ate too many oysters and that’s why she’s that way, according to the Cheshire Cat and the Old Oyster.
Walrus’ Dwelling
When you talk to Wolris for the first time she won’t respond to you in any way.
She’ll just be spacing out until you talk to her again, then she’ll start speaking nonsense, but from talking to her more and more she’ll reveal that she’s very sad, that she can’t stop eating, because the Carpenter still hasn’t returned from his journey to the bottom of the sea.
It’s been years since she last saw him.
You can easily take advantage of her in this moment, but you can also form a covenant with her.
Covenant
Wolris is one of the characters in the game you can form a covenant with. When you form a covenant with her she will give you the Walrus Ring, which you’re supposed to give to the Carpenter if you find him at all.
The covenant with Wolris will increase your health regeneration. Her covenant is quite expensive.
You will be able to progress further in the covenant with Wolris once you kill the Carpenter, i.e. the Deep Sea Knight. Wolris will ask you for your name after she’s sure that you actually killed the Carpenter, she’ll introduce herself too and be very friendly towards you.
Unexpected Duchess’ Visit
After you level up Wolris’ covenant to the highest level and then talk to her right away, she’ll start crying, reminiscing about the Carpenter and the oysters.
During the conversation, you will see someone jumping towards both of you and laughing maniacally, and that someone is the Duchess.
The two girls will be talking about oysters and how Wolris ate them all because apparently, the Duchess wanted to have some as well.
And then since there’s no food for the Duchess, she’ll just run away to back where she came from.
Pregnancy
If you’re in a covenant with Wolris and have leveled it up enough, and if you made love to her, there’s a certain chance she’ll tell you that she’s pregnant the next time you talk to her.
She will be really happy to announce this to you because she loves you a lot and then an NSFW scene can be initiated.
During the scene you will learn that Wolris is actually not pregnant, she’s just too fat.
Wolris Statue
When you leave the place where Wolris lives and head straight towards Ship Graveyard, you’ll first bump into the Elevator area where you can see a statue of Wolris.
This statue doesn’t look like Wolris at all, but it is her. The Carpenter built this for her even though it isn’t that faithful to her original appearance.
There is also a secret message hidden in the statue, but only if you inspect it while you have 0 SEN: “O God, please help my gluttonous, carefree friend. Please don’t treat her like a puppet on a stage. Please don’t expend her.”
Wolris Eats Zoa
When Jubjub’s Madness event happens and if Wolris and the Cheeky Oyster are still alive, then Wolris will go over and try to eat Zoa, but only for it to backfire on her. Wolris will be in her demonbeast form and when you come over and fight her, she will be in pain complaining how this time she roasted it and didn’t eat it raw.
Then all of a sudden Wolris will disappear and Zoa will take her place, really mad at Wolris for trying to eat her.
Personality
Wolris is sad, and full of sorrow because the Carpenter has been missing for years and he still hasn’t come back to her. She’s calm and can talk a lot, but her sadness is one of the things that got her to start overeating, it’s her coping mechanism.
Although, if you kill the Carpenter you will get closer to her, and she’ll kinda forget about him and focus on you.
Wolris speaks Russian, and she doesn’t like capitalism because she’s a communist.
Design
Wolris is the fattest female character in the game. She’s very big, her hair is very long and lavish, it has some kind of a greyish purple color. She has a big hat on her head, along with a big pearl necklace around her neck.
Her facial expression always looks so dazed with her mouth open.
