Sheriff Sullivan is an NPC in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find at one of the tables inside the Charles Tavern, located in Lutwidge Town.
If you talk to Sullivan, you can tell him you’re going to Alice, but instead of Alice he will talk about “shaking rumbling houses”, and how the Carpenter is at fault, because the Queen of the Heart paid him for it, leaving Sullivan and others in poverty.
Sullivan is very close with Gilbert. Both of them are most likely based on Gilbert and Sullivan – which used to be a theatrical partnership between W. S. Gilbert, and Arthur Sullivan during the Victorian era.
You can kill him without a problem.
Meeting with Gilbert
At the western side of Lutwidge Town, if you have garnered 5 Progression Points or more, you will be able to see what appears to be Sullivan and Gilbert having a fun time alone.
