Grandmother is the final boss of Red Hood’s Woods who Red Hood has to fight at the end of the game. She’s allegedly Red Hood’s grandma, she saw everything Red Hood did to her grandpa (killed him and fed him to Poro), and now she wants revenge.
In the fight she will use powerful magic, so summon Poro because he’s of significant help.
Once you take out her first phase, in the second she takes the form of the Great Nightmare. After defeating her, Red Hood will finally be able to wake up from the “dream”.
Grandmother is very similar to Elisabeth who in BS1 and BS2 is Red Hood’s mother.
