Black Bailiff Charlotte (黒の執行吏シャルロット) is a character in DEAD RED HOOD. She’s a new member of the Black Trial and Red Hood’s junior – she’s really attached to Red Hood and she likes her a lot, although she dislikes Garm.
Her weapon is Decapitation Scissors.
Charlotte could be based either on Charlotte Grimm, who was a sister of the Brothers Grimm, or Charlotte Corday, who was a famous assassin of French Revolutionary leader, Jean-Paul Marat. It’s also possible that Charlotte isn’t based on one of the two Charlottes I mentioned.
