Wind of Winterbell is an enemy in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find at a certain part of the Windless Valley. He only appears in the DLC3 part of the game and is a boss you have to defeat after passing the fog when you cross the chain bridge in the same area.
When you fight him, he will activate a domain – the Windless Domain “The Thing That Walked on the Wind”. This domain will disable your basic attacks, physical evasion will be reduced by 100%, and your defense will be reduced by 70%.
He’s a tough boss. Killing him will give you the Soul of the Winterbell’s Wind.
After defeating him, Carnacki will approach you.
