Talking Rafflesia is a talking flower in BLACKSOULS that can be found in the Finished Tea Party area. It’s an NPC that’s placed on the far-left side of the entrance to Alice’s Library. If you decide to talk to the flower, it’ll tell you more about the Prayer Master, Alice, and how the Red Queen was executed by conspiracy.
