Black Inquisitor Petero (黒の異端審問官ペーテロ) is a character in DEAD RED HOOD. She’s a big humanoid goat with a female body that helps Red Hood in her execution activities by navigating her, she doesn’t have much experience with executing others.
She is a member of the Black Trial, and her weapon is a Branding Iron.
Petero is most likely based on Pieter Titelmans, a notorious inquisitor in the Habsburg Netherlands.
