Vagina Dentata is an enemy in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find inside the Library at Ox Ward University. It is a boss you have to defeat for the door to the Dean’s room to be unlocked.
When you enter the library you will see what appears to be Alice, and by interacting with her you will be asked what face does your Alice have, and then you will be attacked. This fight is particularly interesting – killing it will give you the Girl’s Photo.
