Shaman Keto is a skeleton shaman that can be found in the northern part of the Skeleton Maze, where he’s in his little cave you can enter. If you pass through too many fogs you will see that he’ll not appear there, rather he’ll just be a pile of bones because you progressed through the game too quickly, i.e. he’s dead.
And without Shaman Keto, you really won’t be able to revive Jeanne and then afterward kill her for her fairytale. To revive Jeanne, you need to get her ashes and a Kraken’s Tentacle.
He also sells interesting stuff. If you’re doing a mage route or want some cool spells, you can buy some from him.
