Prostitute Marianna is a character in BLACKSOULS you can find in the brothel Embryo’s Dream. She’s a human prostitute who you can meet in one of the brothel’s rooms.

Marianna makes her first appearance in the first game, although she’s not that important of a character.
Meeting Marianna
In Rotten Burg there’s a brothel called Embryo’s Dream and in one of the rooms there, you can find Marianna. Her room is the only one that’s unoccupied and in there she will be happy to provide you with her services – a night costs 10000 souls.
She will introduce herself as Marianna but will ask you to call her Mary, she will be thankful you chose her.
If you want to ask her to spend the night with you again you will before that have the option to invite her to come to the Holy Forest. She will reject the invitation and say how she doesn’t want to abandon this town, i.e. Rotten Burg, she says that she was born there and it’s where she grew up so she really doesn’t want to leave.
Fighting the Vampire
If you didn’t spend a night with Marianna, when you kill the Knight in Armor the next time you see her she will be a Vampire.
Unborn children will start appearing out of nowhere as turns pass, and she will be glad that she has been turned into a Vampire, according to her it feels incredible and she can now “truly devour men”. She goes on to thank God before laughing creepily.
Marianna will turn into a Vampire even if you saved her with souls, but only after a certain level of progression. The only way to save Marianna for real is to send her to the basement.
Last Days
Marianna should’ve turned into a demonbeast when you killed the Knight in Armor, but if you slept with her then she should remain human.
When you talk to her when that happens she will say that everyone she knows turned into demonbeasts and that this place is finished too. Marianna knows that it’s going to be her turn soon and she will be just like everyone else.
So her question is whether you will be holding her tonight.
After you spend the night with her she will say how she remained human thanks to the souls you gave her. She’s grateful so she decides to ask you jokingly if you’d want her to give you all of her love before she turns.
Harlot’s Ring
When you progress more in the game Marianna will still be there but she will apologize, unable to service you, saying how she doesn’t feel so good. Marianna says that she should soon go to the ball, so she’s curious if you will wait for her. The ball she mentions is probably Cinderella’s ball.
If you kill her now (or when she becomes a demonbeast) you will be able to get the Harlot’s Ring.
In the first game, the Harlot’s Ring gives you a 10% chance to get bonus action.
Personality
Marianna seems to be just your average citizen of Rotten Burg looking to earn some money through not the most respectable ways. She’s kind and gentle, and when her death is about to come she embraces it readily.
Design
Marianna’s hair is long and red, her eyes are big and deep blue, and she has golden earrings. She seems to be wearing a pink nightgown with white edges that greatly exposes her chest area. Her body is very well-built and attractive to look at.
She has a mole under her left eye and an interesting tattoo on the left side of her stomach.
