Nameless Trader is an NPC in BLACKSOULS that’s basically a wandering trader, but also Match Seller Elma’s dad. He can be found at the Gothel’s Tower where he’ll offer you the Storm Ruler in exchange for 50000 souls.
Besides all of that, he doesn’t serve any other important purpose. If you buy the Storm Ruler from him and don’t kill him, he’ll move into the Holy Forest. Also, that’s a quite strong weapon.
You can kill him in an instant if you want to. His dialogue options are quite funny.
