Moronic Scarecrow is one of the enemies in BLACKSOULS you have to kill in order to get Dorothy as a companion. He isn’t too difficult to defeat, he will attack and sometimes give you the bleeding and poison debuffs.
He can be found in the Forest of Abandoned, next to the scarecrows a little bit to the southeast of the bonfire.
