Liar Doll Pinocchio is an enemy that appears in Ashes Reignited in the Chaos Dungeon in BLACKSOULS II. He can appear in the Boss Room in regular Chaos Dungeon levels once you defeat the Old King.
Liar Doll Pinocchio is possibly related to Marionette Boy Pinocchio.
