Heartless Tin Man is one of the enemies in BLACKSOULS you have to kill in order to get Dorothy as a companion. He’s the hardest one to defeat out of the all enemies Dorothy requests you to kill for your training. Although he’s not difficult to defeat – he’s maybe slightly stronger than the Scarecrow.
He can be found in Behemoth’s Ranch right at the entrance, he’s in the first bottom area for horses.
