Gift of Winter is a boss in Red Hood’s Woods you will have to fight in the Snowfield area. You can find him at a certain point in the area where you can initiate a fight with him by interacting with a suspiciously creepy smiling mirror.
He will fight you with two of his Ice Golems, and he’s not an easy enemy to defeat.
At the end of the fight Red Hood will complain how Mister Santa never came to her, you will also get the Hail Bullets skill.
