Fog Monster is the first boss you can fight in Red Hood’s Woods. He’s located in the Fog Woods Depths and Poro will warn you about him before you get involved in the fight with him. Killing him will unlock a new area to explore, and give you a new poison skill.
He has a strikingly similar appearance to the One Who Observes from the first BLACKSOULS game.
