Drifter Patient is an NPC in BLACKSOULS 2 that can be found right at the beginning of the Crimean Nursing Graveyard, in DLC3. He’s one of the patients and he’ll be on a bed a couple of beds away from yours, and you can talk to him.
He will complain about some sort of illness he has, and he will also mention how he remembers being carried here in an iron coffin. He’s one of the more sane patients in the facility.
