Black Pursuer Claw (黒の追跡者クロー) is a character in DEAD RED HOOD. He seems to be another member of the Black Trial.
Claw is tall and dark, and he looks like a humanoid bird. His beak reminds me of a plague doctor’s mask, and the other interesting part about his body is his sharp long claws.
