Bellcaller Bellman is a boss in BLACKSOULS 2 that appears at the Billingsgate Wharf area. He’s based on the Bellman character from The Hunting of the Snark poem, just like many other characters such as the Beastclad Butcher, and Shoeshiner Boots.
You can summon the dream spirit King of the Seas Sinbad to help you in this fight.
When you pass the fog Bellman will be talking about his failed expedition on hunting the Snark and how he will make sure to do it the second time – this will initiate a fight with him.
Killing him will give you the Soul of the Bellcaller, and you will be able to reach the Beach of Grief.
