Zombie Dragon is a boss in Red Hood’s Woods that appears in the Undercliff area which unlocks during the later part of the game, when Red Hood’s Home becomes deformed.
Killing him will give you the Ruinous Storm skill, and transport you back to the surface. This boss is required to progress further in the game.
