Zifa Al-Barmaki (警兵総監ジーファ・アル＝ボルマキー) is a character in DEAD RED HOOD – he’s the Chief of Police.
He’s most likely based on Ja’far ibn Yahya, who was a Persian vizier of the Abbasid caliph Harun al-Rashid, in the 8th century. He appears in the Arabian Nights tales as Giafar and is a protagonist in some of them.
