Wainwright the Sinful is a nightmare spirit in BLACKSOULS 2 you can encounter at a certain part of the Carroll River area. He will invade you when you try to pass one of the bridges in the area.
Killing him will give you the MP Ring of Goddess which gives Regen+5%.
