The Teacup Poisoner Graham is a spirit in BLACKSOULS 2 that will invade you at a certain part of the Stomach area, located in the Infinite Food. He’s a weird creature that’s accompanied by two Experimental Body enemies that will also attack you.
He has a lot of health, his attacks are generally strong, and he even has a second part of his fight where he gets furious, and starts attacking you more. During this fight, you will also get poisoned a lot.
His companions aren’t weak either.
Killing him will give you the Poisonbite Ring, and a Black Soul.
