Sinful Donell is an NPC in BLACKSOULS you can find by going to the southwest point of the Tainted Bog area. He’s there selling Soul of Sinner in case you want to increase your sins counter with it.
1 Soul of Sinner costs 1000 souls.
Despite being a sinner, killing him will still give you a sin, but you will also get 1500 souls.
