Sadistic Mistress Brownrigg is a nightmare spirit in BLACKSOULS 2 that will invade you at a certain part of the Torture Chambers area. She will invade you when you enter one of the rooms – if you are fast enough you can avoid her.
Killing her will give you the Bloodbite Ring, which gives you HP Regen+2% Bleed Resistance+100%.
