Resigned Man is an NPC in BLACKSOULS you can find inside the Embryo’s Dream brothel in Rotten Burg.
You can talk to the Resigned Man and he will tell you how the Burgomaster is a “pig of man only caring for his own lust”. It seems like the Burgomaster made prostitution public and gave the women serving him all power so now the streets are filled with “whores turned demonbeasts thirsty for male souls”. He talks about how “lust has rotten this town”, so while he still has time alive he will be spending it enjoying the embraces of “proper women”.
When the Knight in Armor dies, almost everyone in the brothel will die as well. The Resigned Man will just be a pile of bones the next time you see him.
