Rape Dog Bongo (強姦犬ボンゴ) is a character in DEAD RED HOOD.
He’s most likely based on Pongo from “The Hundred and One Dalmatians” novel by Dodie Smith.
Bongo is a humanoid Dalmatian dog. He has a blue collar around his neck.
