Pumpkin Ghost is an NPC in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find in the Pumpkin Base area. He’s inside the pumpkin house and on the upper floor, right next to a pumpkin pool. He will offer you services, which are making Herb Flask and Herb Flask M items in exchange for 5000 souls.
He looks quite goofy. Killing him will not give you anything, just a White Soul.
