The Pregnant Cake is a boss in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find at a certain part of the Foodproductive Organs area inside the Infinite Food. Before you go and fight the cake, there’s a chance you will be able to summon Hansel and Gretel to assist you in the fight against her.
She’s kinda tough, but not too hard to overcome. Killing her will summon her children that I assume she bore inside her belly. These new Baby Cakes are furious and will attack you a lot.
Killing the Pregnant Cake will get you the Soul of the Pregnant Cake, and the Flesh of Pregnant Cake.
