Pied Piper of Elixir is a fairytale in the first BLACKSOULS game you can find in the Sewers. He’s surrounded by rats and it can be a little difficult to get to him.
Right at the beginning of the game, he can be hard to defeat. He’ll be either spawning Plague Rats or increasing his attack – occasionally he will attack you himself. Be careful because during this fight you’ll have poison and bleeding effects put on you by him.
