Peter Pan is a fairytale in BLACKSOULS you can find at Gothel’s Tower, he will take the appearance of a hat before he starts a fight with you.
If you want to reach Rapunzel you will have to find a switch to unlock the path that leads to her, which you can find on one of the floors in Gothel’s Tower.
He will be out of your way before you go up and turn on the switch, but once you come back downstairs, Peter Pan will block your way and force you to fight him (unless you escape with a Homeward Bonedust).
Killing Peter Pan will give you the Peter Pan fairytale.

Peter Pan can be summoned as a dream spirit in the fight with Jubjub. He’s located on top of the Sick Clock Tower, right before the stairs that lead up to Jubjub’s Nest.
When you get into a fight with Jubjub though, he will not be on your side during the fight. Peter Pan will betray you for Jubjub, seemingly just because she’s quite a beautiful woman.
At one point during the fight, if you take a certain portion of his health, he will get really manic. Jubjub will scold him for that by saying that the emotions he’s expressing towards her aren’t true love.
Defeating both of them will give you the Peter Pan fairytale.
