Pat the Rat is an NPC in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find in the Charles Tavern, located in Lutwidge Town. He will be sitting at one of the tables and you can talk to him there. Pat likes to talk a lot, he will specifically talk about the story of William the Conqueror.
You can easily kill him if you select the kill option.
