Onimusha is an enemy that appears in Ashes Reignited in the Chaos Dungeon in BLACKSOULS II. She can appear in the Boss Room in regular Chaos Dungeon levels once you defeat the Old King.
Momotarou, the hero born from a peach. With the old man and woman who were taking care of her killed by oni, she grew to abhor all that is ‘Evil’.
Believing only in her own righteousness, even after finishing off the oni she set on a grand crusade all across the land. Eventually, her warped justice birthed madness. The merciless judgment like that of a Kishin sent waves through the public.
She was branded ‘Onimusha’, the demon warrior, and still alone she went, believing in justice and wielding her sword. Yet, when all evils of the world were slain, she realized, “Justice is not certain in the world where evil lay dead,” and took her own life.
