The Moon Beast is an enemy that appears in Ashes Reignited in the Chaos Dungeon in BLACKSOULS II. He can appear in the Boss Room in regular Chaos Dungeon levels once you defeat the Old King.

A cruel hedonist. Slaughters its victims with a long spear it carries.
The Outer Ones were cooperative in breeding at first, but with that thing’s true purpose exposed, many lost their will and their numbers gradually fell. Now only beasts like this one remain.
