Master is an NPC in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find in the Charles Tavern that’s in Lutwidge Town. He’s the bartender at that tavern and from him, you can buy Golden Mead which causes the madness effect.
Trying to kill him will initiate a fight with him, where he’ll take the form of Winged Lady.
