Mad King is a boss in Red Hood’s Woods you have to fight at the top of the Andor Castle – he will initiate a fight if you come close to his throne. The Mad King is a difficult enemy and he will fight you with 2 of his knights by his side – he will call more knights if you haven’t found and killed them already in the Andor Castle.
Killing him will allow you to progress further, and you will acquire the King’s Order skill.
