Killer Clown Gacy is a nightmare spirit in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find in a hidden part of the Queensland area. To get to Killer Clown Gacy you have to find a carousel and there by interacting with a certain part of the wall you will trigger a hidden entrance to a tight hallway.
In the hallway, you will see Killer Clown Gacy who will be luring you towards him, and if you keep following him you will eventually get attacked by him.
Killing him will give you the Ring of the Clown Murderer, which increases attack and magic, but the damage received is doubled. At the end of the hallway, you can find 10 Candy pieces.
