Foolish Prince is an enemy you can find and defeat in the first BLACKSOULS game. He’s present in the Skeleton Maze, in the entrance placed to the upmost right side, he will be waiting for you and go straight towards you to attack you.
When you engage in combat with him, he will appear along with Wheel Skeletons by his side. He’s quick with his attacks and is quite depressed. Killing him will get you 60000 souls and a Ring of the Red Mantle, which is quite useful. It gives you an extra attack.

What looks to be the Foolish Prince appears in Red Hood’s Woods during the later parts of the game. He’s called the Skeleton General in this game, and he’s an enemy that’ll attack you.
