Dog Whistle (犬笛) is a character in DEAD RED HOOD.
Dog Whistle seems to be a human, possibly an army personnel or a scout of some kind, at least judging from his outfit. He has short orange hair and what looks like a scar on his face, he also has a cap and a dog whistle around his neck.
