Divine Mistake Lilith is an enemy in BLACKSOULS you can find at the Succubus Church which you can get to by going through the Old Rotten Burg area. The church is right under the bonfire and once you get in there you will see a lot of succubi waiting for you, so it’s best to go invisible to reach her without any further difficulties.
She really likes casting a lot of spells so the fight with her is very annoying, but it’s also completely optional. You may even learn some things about the lore of both games by encountering her and listening to her dialogue.
Once you defeat her though, you will get 98000 souls and Lilith’s Heart.
