Detective Falk (フォーク刑事) is a character in DEAD RED HOOD.
He’s most likely based on Lieutenant Columbo from Columbo, an American crime drama television series. Lieutenant Columbo is played by Peter Falk hence why he’s called “Detective Falk” in DEAD RED HOOD.
