Barber Todd is a nightmare spirit in BLACKSOULS 2 you can find at a certain part of the Upper Lutwige Town, near the entrance to the area. You can find him up a flight of stairs next to the Unaccounted Flea – he shouldn’t be too difficult to defeat.
Killing him will give you the Barber’s Ring, which gives you immunity to debuffs.
