OptiFine

OptiFine is a Minecraft mod that significantly optimizes the game. It makes Minecraft run faster, gives you more FPS, and adds tons of features to help you configure the video settings in the game to fully enhance your gameplay and how it looks.

OptiFine is also important for running many cool things in Minecraft, such as shaders and custom textures that certain texture packs support. A really good option for low-end computers is the ability to turn off all particles and stuff like that, which makes the game run much better.

It’s one of the best mods for optimization and you don’t have to install it with a mod loader if you want to play it. The mod is free but if you donate to it you can get a cool cape that everyone with OptiFine will be able to see.
