NetherPortalFix

NetherPortalFix is a Minecraft Nether mod that’s very simple but very useful, it goes out of its way to fix entangled Nether portals and make sure you always come to the correct one when you leave or enter the Nether dimension.

This mod is very useful on multiplayer servers if there are more portals in the same area – it would be very bad if you returned to a portal in your friend’s base instead of your own.
