Artifacts

Artifacts is a Minecraft mod that adds a ton of new items, i.e. artifacts, with unique features and abilities. These items can’t be crafted, they can only be found in chests in certain structures that spawn in Vanilla, and some of these items can be dropped by certain mobs when you kill them.

There’s also a new mob – the Mimic. It looks like a normal chest at first but if you try interacting with it you will see that it’s not just a regular chest, as the Mimic will start jumping towards you, trying to hurt you.

This makes collecting things in Minecraft very fun, and it also has very useful items, such as the cloud in a bottle which allows you to double jump, which is my personal favorite.
