Gushing Over Magical Girls is a magical girl anime and manga with an ecchi sadistic twist. It follows the story of Hiiragi Utena and her obsession with magical girls – she’s passionate about torturing and molesting cute magical girls who are defending her city.
It wasn’t always like that though, Utena used to be a regular girl with a magical girl obsession until a black magical animal appeared in front of her and granted her the power to become a magical girl herself.
Utena doesn’t join the magical girl group she always admired, but rather she gets recruited into an evil magical girl association Enormeeta that fights the good one, Tres Magia. From there on she explores her obsession with magical girls by pleasantly torturing them in the most unique and fun ways which grants her excitement.
