Minecraft can a lot of the time be scary. Since the beginning of Minecraft, there have been scary stories and rumors surrounding the game. For example, everyone who plays and doesn’t play Minecraft knows at least something about Herobrine. That’s why I decided to cover some of the creepypasta mods I think would make the game much much scarier in all ways possible. These are all pretty famous creepypastas, and these mods are really done well.

CreepyPastaCraft Reborn

CreepyPastaCraft Reborn adds not just one, but 13 new mobs to Minecraft which are taken from various crepypasta stories such as Jeff the Killer, Squidward’s Suicide, Smile Dog, and etc. The mobs are done well when looking at how they act and look. It’s so fun if you know all of these characters and their origin stories. I like how you can get plenty of custom items from these mobs.
True Herobrine

Herobrine is quite scary, especially considering how strong he probably is in combat. But this mod doesn’t focus on adding him as a mob you can fight, this mod makes sure that Herobrine can’t destroy anything or attack you – but rather he’s everywhere you go, always watching you from a distance. If you try to get closer to him, he’ll disappear. Scary, right?
SoniCraft Demons

Do you want to bring into the game a completely new world of sonic.exe? SoniCraft Demons is a Minecraft mod that works as an add-on to the regular SoniCraft mod. It adds new blocks, items, armor, tools, terrifying bosses for you to defeat, and even 4 new dimensions. It’s basically packed with content that has that old creepypasta feeling since it’s adapting one of the most well-known creepypastas of all time.
The Quest of Entity 303

I don’t know how many of you have heard of Entity 303 – those who don’t know anything about him need to make sure that they’re not home alone. You can summon Entitiy 303 with this Minecraft mod by creating a special altar and a special key. He’ll then come into your world and you have to defeat him (if you can). It’s so cool to see one of the most famous Minecraft creepypastas in the game.
Creepypasta Legendary Entity

This is an interesting creepypasta mod because of how much content it has. There’s everyone from Herobrine, Entitity 303 to even Notch. It’s fun and adds mobs you have never probably even thought of before. So have fun while having Herobrine Cows and Herobrine Villagers chasing you. Of course, with all those mobs, plenty of items, and strong weapons you can get come too.
Creepypasta: Pokemon

This creepypasta Minecraft mod is an adaptation of a much older mod that was made for version 1.4.7, which is pretty cool. It adds 10 new mobs which are creepypasta Pokemon. So basically everyone from Pokemon creepypastas such as Lavender Town, Lost Silver, and many others. It’s quite cool and quite scary. Here’s the link to the old (1.4.7) version if you want to try out that one.
ETERNULL

ETERNULL is a Minecraft creepypasta mod similar to the Entity 303 one I covered in this post. It’s similar in the fact it also implements one of the most famous Minecraft creepypastas right into the game. You will be able to fight Null and also explore a new overworld biome called The Corruption. This mod will also give you a new material Nullite, with which you can convert your iron tools into Null tools that give the wither effect to others.
The Slender Man

Wanna have fun with Slender Man? As if not the Enderman wasn’t mysterious enough, now you have the choice to encounter the Slender Man and collect the pages just like in the original game. He appears in the Slender Forest where there’s an infinite amount of notes you can find in order to get rewarded. But that comes with a great risk since he’ll always be somewhere around, watching you from a distance (and trying to kill you).
